Painter/Marketer

Manager: Peter Do
Part Time (January – April)
Full Time (May – August)
5-6 days/week in the Summer
40+ hours a week in the Summer
Compensation:
$11-15/hr by piecework
Rewards/Bonuses/Promotion available
Location: Hamilton
Description:
• Appropriately prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces (decks, fences, siding, garage doors, stucco, walls, etc.)
• Report to Manager and Crew Chief and receive direction
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Drop off flyers and market to neighboring houses
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Must be a team player, be hardworking and be self-motivated
• Must be punctual
• Have reliable transportation to work sites
• Must enjoy working outdoors
• Is willing to get dirty
• Comfortable with heights and working on ladders
• Painting experience an asset but not necessary
• MANDATORY Marketing/canvassing: January-May; Painting: May-August
Notes: Painters and Marketers will be fully trained.
• Pay is based on experience and qualifications
