Executive Relationship Manager

KUBRA is seeking hard-working, creative, go-getters who thrive in a team environment. We are a rapidly growing company that needs an energetic Executive Relationship Manager to join our Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, promote and capture net new business opportunities within the assigned account(s).
• Manage the flawless execution of the KUBRA sales account management process, including proposal writing, contract signing and implementation definition (statement of work), financial analysis, contract negotiations, and project launch for assigned account(s).
• Clearly articulate KUBRA solutions, business value propositions and associate product road map to client(s).
• Identify, manage, and resolve issues via collaboration with the KUBRA Information Technology (IT) Department Support Teams, acting as an advocate for both the client and KUBRA to ensure expedient and appropriate resolutions
• Execute monthly account review reports/sessions including financial analysis, contract status, product visioning, account penetration, and issue review
• Expand relationship and product usage with client(s) –by promoting clients’ understanding of products
• Drive the account support team in achieving a shared project vision with the client and manage the client's expectations
• Stay involved in a sales relationship management capacity with all projects through fruition of core business objectives
• Introduce new releases/updates of products and services to your existing practice portfolio of clients and current sales pipeline of new business opportunities
• Execute a practice account management plan consistent with the business strategy of the organization.
• Support sales and marketing by representing and demonstrating KUBRA’s solutions to key client(s).
• Adhere to required sales reporting and forecasting requirements - Consistently build and deliver on an accurate account management review pipeline
• Manage and support mission critical issues for existing clients where appropriate in collaboration with IT, pulling in necessary resources from multiple teams surrounding customer requirements
• Other duties may be assigned as required in order to support key clients and the needs of the organization.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited University and/or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an Account Management, Engagement Management or Client Relationship role.
• Experience in working with Senior level executives in an account management and/or business development role.
• Able to travel up to 50% to customer sites in the United States
• Experience in managing C-Level relationships strongly preferred.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services/Insurance, Utilities, Media, Communications.
• Strong experience with electronic presentment and payment applications are a plus.
