Senior Developer

Customer Communication Management (CCM) is an evolving solution category that forms the foundation for effective inbound and outbound communication - the seamless integration of accurate data, personalized messaging, multi-channel delivery, settlement, customer care, and internal business processes.

Responsibilities:
• Manage/ Participate in the life cycle of DocWeb releases with solution design,
development, implementation, and production support.
• Work with the team on any developmental activities.
• Experience in system analysis, design, coding and testing
• Perform code changes and enhancement on existing programs. Source code maintenance
• Assisting team/ customer requests.
• Participate in required training.
• Provide customer feedback according to SLA guidelines.
• Work on DF filters when necessary.
• Participate in conference calls and site meeting with the clients
• Document processes and track all implementation/development activities through the DW case system.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of Development experience
• A degree or diploma in Computer Information Systems
• Good communicator and team player.
• Knowledge of latest web technologies is required, as is a genuine interest
and passion for the web.
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of at least one structured programming.
• Experience with Visual Basic development (VB6, VB.Net)
• Possesses demonstrated work experience with more than one relational database management system
• Possesses significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures
• Ability to generate reports.
• Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate their experience designing and implementing information access solutions on Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista using the following tools: Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, VB6, C++, SQL Server, Access, ASP, ASP.Net and JavaScript.
