Coating Lab Technicican's Needed in Mississauga
at PIVOTAL INTEGRATED HR SOLUTIONS in Mississauga
Pivotal Staffing is currently hiring for a Coating Lab Technicians to work for our client in Mississauga, are client is the leader in the eyeglass industry, The Coating Lab Technicians are responsible for independent operation of our Anti-Reflective (A/R) Coating Laboratory machinery, i.e. (CES 1050 and other cleaning and hard coat equipment) In addition to performing on-going quality inspections and problem solving. The qualified candiate will need to work flexible shift days/midnight.
Job Skills:
Technical knowledge of lab process, equipment and maintenance
Strong leadership skills
Strong communication
Basic math skills
Knowledge of optical theory
Problem solving ability
Good organizatinal skills
Able to learn quickly
Mechanically inclined
Education and Experience:
High School graduate or GED equivalent experience, College Diploma an asset
Optical training
Previous experience in an optical lab preferred
Shifts: Night shift and Day Shift – Rotating schedule: Various Start times (Must be flexible) paying $14.00/hr with a shift premium on the night shift
