MJR requires goal-oriented individuals to collect and locate overdue accounts by telephone
Skills/Qualifications:
-Possess a minimum of 1-year experience in 3rd party collection environment
-Superior negotiation & communication tactics
-Strong of problem solving
-Knowledgeable in dealing effectively with the public
-Possess a strong and professional work ethic
-Proficient in English (additional languages are an asset)
