Key Responsibilities:
- Record, manage and escalate Product service problems
- Eliminate potential incidents before they occur and implement solutions
- Respond to internal inquires regarding system features
- Detect/assess unexpected behaviour or results of the system
- Work on new development requests
- Actively contribute to Productknowledge base
- Communicate and enforce coding standards
- Participate in conference calls and site meetings with clients as necessary
- Seek and participate in development opportunities above and beyond required training
- Special projects as required
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing information access solutions on Windows 2000/XP/2003/2008 using the following tools: VB.NET, C#, VB6, C++, SQL Server, Access, ASP, ASP.Net and JavaScript (jQuery), HTML, CSS
- Demonstrated knowledge of relational database technology
- Extensive knowledge of Internet technologies
- Proven understanding of KUBRA technology solutions, production features and functionality
- MS-SQL query language
- Ability to generate reports
- Strong communication/writing skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Team player
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Computer Information Systems
3+ years of development/programming experience
MCAD Certification, .NET Certification an asset
Experience in problem management
