Senior Programmer/Analyst

- Development – code, debug, test and troubleshoot Kubra products and solutions as part of client implementations.
- Perform all assigned project tasks to execute Statement of Work (SOW).
- Composition and publishing of knowledgebase articles.
- Implement complicated code, data edits, and cosmetic re/designs, potentially involving rewriting and adding whole new application functions and procedures.
- Mentor and help train Junior and Intermediate members on the team.
- Analysis, Design, Implementation (Execution of Coding and Form Design), Testing, communication and coordination of parallel testing and migration with both Client and QA.
- Performs work outlined by their Team Leader via the Case Management System and the Statement of Work (SOW) Infrastructures.
- Coordinate and correspond with Clients, Team Leader, Project Leader, Operations, Sales as required to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide task completion status reporting to Project Leader to effectively manage and monitor project deliverables.
- Participate in Client Meetings as required and directed by their Team/Project Leader.
- Participates in customer requirement studies to gather information and understand customer needs/requirements.
- Translates requirements into program specifications, builds custom resource libraries, and performs in-house and on-site system testing.
- Collaborates with the customer to ensure customer needs/requirements are met
- Defines and documents current business technical and functional workflows with limited assistance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Programming experience
- 3+ of years dealing with clients experience
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business issues utilizing effective programming and database technologies.
- Demonstrated ability in leading, mentoring and coaching peers in programming skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Visual Basic development.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relational database technology
- Extensive knowledge of Internet technologies.
- MS-SQL query language.
- Ability to generate reports.
