Full-time Office Administrator

Pivotal is currently looking for an Office Administrator to work for our client in Vaughan, main intersection Highway 7 & 400.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be advanced in Microsoft Excel/ Access
  • Experience with trends/ pivot tables
  • Experience with V- Look Ups
  • Must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Word & Outlook
  • English must be the first language

Job Details

  • Completing V- look ups
  • Completing listing forms in ECC Net
  • Completing trends and pivot tables

Available Shifts

  • $14.00/ hour
  • Part time
  • AP/AR coverage - 8:30am - 5pm
  • Order Processing coverage - 7am - 3:30pm
